Each week, the club coaching staff will chose one or two individuals who have shown exceptional effort, pride, and skill in the sport of wrestling. Wrestlers are chosen based on their results at weekend tournaments, duel meets, or competitions, as well as their weekly practice efforts and overall school or community accomplishments. Only coaches or club staff members will nominate someone to be considered for Wrestler of the Week.
